User Email Questions - Hollow Bars

I am an Infinity Broker customer running the AT/Sierra charts. I run the Heikin Ashi price bars. I would like to have the green and red bars be hollow when going up and solid when going down. We have been successful in getting the green bars hollow when going up but have not been able to figure the red bars out. Please see the attached chart. Note the two solid green bars before the current short trade that is ongoing. The trading system we are running determines the bar color. The issue is the shape of the bars depending on the slope or direction of movement. Can you help with this problem? Thanks.
