Hello, how do I open multiple T&S winodws on SC ? I opened one and then I tried to re-open a second one with no success. Thank you Ferro |

thank you. I found a bug: once replay chart is loaded and is more tha 480 speed time and sales windows IS NOT displaying data correctly. Do you think you may fix it ? I am simulating the ES mini future. |

This can be solved by increasing the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Number of Stored Time and Sales Records.

no. I filter T&S and the "Number of stored time and sales records" was set to the max already. Please, replay an ES chart with T&S filtered to 200 and you will see that trades on a chart are correctly shown but on the T&S therewill be nothing printed. Please, could you have a look ? I am not wasting no-one time. Ferro |

We performed a code review just yesterday and we do not see how what you describe is even technically possible. We do not have any other reports of this. There is either some misunderstanding or there is some other explanation for why you are seeing what you are. hello, here attached you can see the video in which I show you that the Chart Replay function works 100% correctly by printing on the T&S all the records it is supposed to print... But one and only once the speed is increased, on the T&S window only some of the trades are printed. Please, feel free to get in touch with me since I still think this is a bug while I am actually hoping I am wrong. thank you for your time Andrew |

We understand the reason for the problem. You are running high-speed replay which is freezing the user interface preventing the Time and Sales window from updating and therefore trades are being missed. We have to think about this. Unless you really have a need, we do not recommend calculating at every trade. That is is extremely CPU intensive. That was only added based on some user requests. However, it is detrimental to use unless you have a very good reason to be using it. We really do not recommend it. And actually if you are using it, it really is not meant that you would be relying on anything visual like the Time and Sales window. Therefore, in a certain sense, this report is a non-issue. Hello, thank you for your response: professional as usual. As long as the functionality "Calculating at every tick" is available, I will use it in order to have the highest accurancy possible between test and live/forward trading. I personally think it should be very nice to decouple the UI from the engine: concurrency. I do know words cost nothing, but in C++11 multithread/concurrency is not that evil.
