Hello, How do I activate studies for someone that is using an External Service User ID not a Sierra Chart User ID? The individual I'm attempting to setup is - external service user ID: *** I've used this ID for Managed Custom Studies Users but he is getting error messages that say he isn't allowed to use the studies.
