I get the following message when starting Sierra A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Please assist. Thanks Mark |

Hi, thanks for the reply. It is for a specific machine. It is running Vista and I have downloaded Sierra plus the Microsoft files. I have adjusted the settings to see if the firewall is preventing it from running, but it is still refusing to start. Anything else I can do besides buy a new PC? |

Please install Sierra Chart into a new folder on your system. For example: C:\SierraChart2.
