Entry Offset Question; Being entered 1 tick below instead of 1 tick above opening bar pric

I have an automated entry trigger activated for sell orders but it's entering me short tick below the open instead of one tick above the open bar. For example the bar opens at 2186.50(ES) and the I'm entered at 2186.25 instead of 2186.75. I have an entry offset of -1. I have tried 1 and it still enters me at 2186.25.

How are you accomplishing the "entry offset"? There is no setting in Sierra Chart like this.
