A FXCM trading account has now been assigned to your Sierra Chart account.

The particular account number assigned to your Sierra Chart account can be viewed on this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php

If this account number is one that you provided us, verify it is correct.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service" to "FXCM Demo Trading - DTC".

Connect to the server with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

Depending upon when you receive this message it may take up to two minutes for our server to receive the updated authorizations for you to be able to connect.

Hi, thank you for doing that!

The data im seeing is different from other software that im using, using the same data source (FXCM)! Is there possibly different fxcm connections?

Just to add to that, i trade using a tick chart (universal renko) and I'm seeing nearly double the number of bars in today's session from what I'm seeing in other software using the same data (fxcm) and the same setup. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

FXCM has different data feeds.

The data that you are receiving based upon the account assigned is considered the "Standard" account data feed. As compared to a dealing desk account data feed.

The bid and ask spreads should also be tighter.
