Sierra Chart Issues. Cannot load futures data

1. I signed up for CME full data feed. I am unable to view Futures data on my chart. Says Symbol is unknown unable to download. I type in /clf17

Does that mean the chart data will be comming from IB rather than sierra charts?

The data will still come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

I can't seem to find what the symbol for cl jan 2017 is same for es, gc, zb, eur |
