CME data not updating

Good day Support,

My SC CME data feed is no longer updating in real time. I have tried all the usual things like delete download, turn off and on etc but no joy. All other exchanges I subscribe to are fine

This is because you have not connected Sierra Chart to your trading account.

You need to do that at least once a month to get the CME data in real-time. Refer to:
