cant remove item from chart shortcut menu

a long time ago i added "delete and download data" to the chart shortcut menu and im now going back through to clean up that menu. problem is i cant remove that option.

can you make it removable? it doesnt seem like it is an operation that needs to be permanent as a shortcut taking up space.
