I am using OCO orders. Two questions/issues.....after in the trade the two orders are active (Target and Stop). When one side eventually gets hit (e.g., stop loss side), the order shows up on SC as now filled in the opposite direction.....but, every thing works fine on the brokerage side (IB). For a short period of time it looks like I have a position going the opposite way....and then it disappears after about 5 to 10 seconds. How to set up SC so that the order disappears immediately once it is executed and I am actually "flat" in the market? Secondly, when I enter my limit order to get in the market, a line is shown on SC where my entry order is...but once it is filled, this entry level line disappears. It used to remain and show me my profit/loss, etc. How can I get it to remain on SC chart until the position is exited?

Specify your Interactive Brokers account number in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Positions Account.

It is already in the "Positions Account" field. Never had this problem before, but I have not been trading live for the last few months. Perhaps I should add the account number to the "Orders Account" field???

We are looking into this now to see what we can do.

It is not going to help to set the Orders Account field. In the latest version those Account fields have been removed because we are able to determine the account numbers from Trader Workstation.

From what we can tell Trader Workstation is not sending automatic position updates for your account. So we are going to have to switch to manual position updates.

Hopefully with the changes and improvements we have made in the latest version, 1004, relating to Interactive Brokers integration, this should now be resolved. Please update now by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

If you still notice a problem, let us know what the symbol is of the chart or Trade DOM. We need to be sure it follows the proper symbol format.
