Hi,

I have problem with closing my open position. I have set target as a limit and stop as a market (stop). When i want close my position i catch stop order and put him on actual price or above/below actual price. This works fine on sim trading. But when a do this on live trading, sierra show a message:

Order modification failed | Order Modification Reject. Text: Buy order stop price must be above last trade price ExchangeRejectCode = 2061[]. Internal Order ID: 19875. Service Order ID: 482063732. Symbol: F.US.ENQZ16 | 2016-11-16 17:03:07 * (this message is from short position)

and return order on price where it was before.

What do i do to it work on live account?

Thank you for answer.

You cannot do this in live trading in most cases because the exchange rejects these stop order modifications.

The particular error message you got above originates from the exchange. There is no solution to this other than to modify the Target limit order instead to a price level which will cause an immediate fill.

a) Click on the 'Flatten' button on the Trade Window

b) Right click on the chart - select 'Flatten and Cancel'

c) Global Settings > 'Customize Keyboard Shortcuts' > '+Trading Keyboard Shortcuts' select 'Flatten and Cancel' and Assign a key eg. F12

Any of the above will close the open position at market and remove stop and target orders.
