How to activate the "2nd Real time connection"

Becasue sometime I forgot to disconnect Serra Chart in office's PC, and I cannot access the Home PC to connect with real-time connection. So, I try to activate the "2nd Real time Data connection" thru "Exchange Data Feed Features" page. But, it is not success. Below is the error message. Action Result: Your Sierra Chart account type only allows 1 real-time connection. Can you tell me how to let me connect with real-time connection in TWO PC? Thanks/ charlesyu239 |

Hi, Thanks for the prompt reply. After my further consideration, I have hesitation to pay additional 20usd per month for this 2nd connection since I may not use this service very often. Please disregard my request, and thank again for your help. Cheers, Charles |
