problems with downloading intraday data on CQG stream

Cant seem to get any Historical intra day data, only Historical Daily data.


HXS 10yr Aus
HTS 3 yr Aus
HSI Hang Seng
CN China FTSE
NBB NZ 90 Day FUT


I just sent a log through for analysis the platform.

Hi there, i have live data on cqg and live data on sierra charts as can been seen by the screen print in the link below.

The only thing i cant do is download historical intraday data (but daily is fine).

So all i have is the data that accumulates on the chart as i leave my PC on 24 hours a day.

My FCM tell me that i am subscribed to all data, do you know what could be happening here?

In regards to not receiving historical Intraday data, this is the reason:

HD Request # 16 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.ZNAZ16. Time and sales data for instrument F.US.ZNA (corresponding to ID = 24) is not allowed.Result=103. Num Quotes=0 | 2016-11-09 20:26:05

You need to ask your broker to authorize your account for historical data. When that is done, reconnect to the data feed and re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

If you still do not receive historical data, then they did not authorize your account for historical data. In this case, contact them again and tell them to contact CQG for assistance.
