Hi. I can't seem to get this symbol to update on the demo. It works fine on the live account. It works fine on another platform so it's not the data feed. I have one chartbook open with 6 charts. All of the other 5 charts are updating. According to Gain I can have up to 10 charts so this shouldn't be an issue. Can you check this out please? |

The log is below. I have 6 charts up on the demo. When the ZNZ6 loads up it will say 'Symbol is unknown' but will still load the historical data. Once the chart is up it is not updating. I was having the same trouble with the NQZ6 but it seems to be working now. The others are ES, GGC, GCL, and ZBZ6 and they are all working just fine. I also updated to the latest version and restarted my computer. Thanks for your help.
