Hi, I really don't think this system is for me since I don't have the time for debugging it. I spent $61.00 USD and the whole weekend setting up my charts but the real data feed does not work at all. I will appreciate your assistance cancelling my account and a full refund. Thanks, RdR |

Yes we can do the refund, but let us know for what markets you want real-time data for. The refund is now done. There was a 2.50USD service fee for that.

Thanks, I paid $25.00 + $36.00 - $2.50 fee = $58.5. how come I only get the $36.00 back?

The 36 USD transaction was voided and that probably appeared right away. The 25 USD transaction was refunded at 22.50 and it probably will take several days to appear.
