This morning when I attempted to start Sierra Chart I got the message:

"The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL.32.dll".

I updated Sierra Chart to whatever the latest release is (or was) last week, and it ran ok after that. I don't know of any other changes to my system.

Any help would be appreciated

We see you are using Windows XP. This function is only supported on Windows XP with service pack 3.

So make sure service pack 3 is installed. Hopefully you will have no trouble getting that.

However, you should really update to Windows 7 or higher.
