This morning when I attempted to start Sierra Chart I got the message: "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL.32.dll". I updated Sierra Chart to whatever the latest release is (or was) last week, and it ran ok after that. I don't know of any other changes to my system. Any help would be appreciated |

We see you are using Windows XP. This function is only supported on Windows XP with service pack 3. So make sure service pack 3 is installed. Hopefully you will have no trouble getting that. However, you should really update to Windows 7 or higher. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
