Zen Fire will not accept CL symbol

I have just started a trial, have succesfully connected to Mirus/Zenfire, but the CL symbol that is listed in the Find Symbol area for futures does not work.

You are not using the correct symbol. When you go to File >> Find Symbol what you should see is this symbol: CLK3-NYMEX Open a new chart using this symbol by selecting File >> Find Symbol and selecting the symbol again.
