Sierra Chart doesn't open from other profile windows acounts

Hi, I'm suffering problem with opening sierra chart on other windows profiles. Those profiles has an administration rights, but when I use e.g Infinity app, it goes through infinity, but charts doesn't open. Could you tell me what i need to run Sierra? If you need any further information please let me know. best regards |

Hi, The problem has come again. On two profiles similarly cannot run sierra from inifnity. If i opened directly from the path above i get msg "The account you are using requires you to start Sierra form your brokers software" |

Okay, but that means Sierra Chart is able to run. You will need to start it from the Infinity trading software. Yes, Sierra alone is working, but is there any solution to open it with inifnity? When infinity app login, i tried to click on "C" Button but sierra doesn't open/.

You really need to use a direct Sierra Chart account. This will be the only proper solution.

Ty for reply. But it also apply to other windows account with administration rights? What i mean. i have a computer with 2 accounts one is with ADMIN rights second is with normal user rights-> Sierra from inifnity run on both windows accounts.(Those accounts were setup long time ago) When i setup 3rd account with normal user right or admin rights, sierra doesn't go from infinity, thats why i'm trying to work it out cuz its seems that might by sum "BUg". Issue on Windows 7 Professional. Additionally: If I try to go from sierra to login into transact acc would it show me e.g open position in infinity ledder? Would infinity app still work properly? You can use Sierra Chart and any number of Windows accounts at the same time. Just make sure each installation is in a separate folder. There simply is no problem with this at all from our side. You can use both a Windows administrator account and a standard account. For full and proper access to Sierra Chart you must have a direct account: Direct Sierra Chart Account There is no bug here whatsoever. None whatsoever. That is not the issue.
