Allow zero values on daily chart overlay

I have a custom daily data series which can have the value zero (it represents the position in number of contracts of my trading strategy). If I put it in a standalone daily chart with type "Line on Close" and "Allow Zero Values" checked then the zero values show up fine. I now want to overlay this position line on another daily chart using the "Overlay (Single Line)" study. I also have "Allow Zero Values" checked in the second chart, however the zero values don't show up on the second chart. Is this possible?
