ARe there multiple servers for sierra data fees?

The eason I'm asking is that i'm in a group of users that use Sieera data Feed with a 3600 tic chart. We all have the same chart settings...9:30 open (new bar at open), same data/trade service settings (tic) etc.

And today 11/2/2016 the 10:03 est bar highest bar close intraday so far was 2106.25....but a couple of users have 2105 as high close.

We all checked our settings, resynced clocks, delete and download data, etc etc and still a difference.

So i was wondering if there are multiple data feeds from sierra and if the tic information might be different based upon their server clocks

Thoughts?

There are two servers, but they have the exact same data.

We are fairly certain the problem is the user who sees 2105, is not using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the chart.

Have them contact us on this Support Board and provide the Message Log so we can see what particular data feed they are actually using.

Here is a copy of the top of one of the people's log file. It does appear a little different than mine.

I see here that "All support for Sierra charts is in this one" versus mine which says

Enabled for: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. | 2016-11-03 09:10:25
Enabled for: Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2016-11-03 09:10:25

This person uses Sierra Chart Data feed supposedly. But their bar close yesterday as described above was incorrect.

Is there a data feed setting incorrect for them?

(On another note, I believe they installed Pay version of Sierra chart over the transact version and they used the trial version of the data feed for awhile)

The second Message Log posted is using the Transact data feed. Not the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

How/where do they change settings to get the sierra chart data feed?

Service is set to "Transact Trading" for trading purposes but they have a paid Sierra historical/real-time data

They just need to activate the data feed on their account here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures

The service can still be set to Transact.

They may have activated the data feed in the past, but it may have been canceled at the beginning of November due to an insufficient balance.
