Hallo,

I don´t want to trouble you again, but I have paid for the software, I have also paid for real-time cinnection + CME. Hundred times I have checked
setting of sierra chart and everything is ok. What is going on I am not getting realtime data. While on Monday, October 31, it worked, but only for one day!

Unfortunately, there is no message at this time,the screen is blank. The only report I got yesterday was that I have to pay 38, - USD - I paid it.

There is always a Message Log. Restart Sierra Chart and open your Chartbook and connect to the data feed and then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
