I updated to version 1478 and have the same issue. No data feed. If I disconnect and reconnect the bars update, but still no live data.

Same problem here, the problem was with Gain and seems to be working now, however I am missing 17min worth of data and trying to delete and download did not solve it. Had this problem once before and was recommended to do this by Sierra Support: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart Worked like a charm back then, not today. Any help please?

Sorry to add. I used to use GAIN, and it has more frequent same old problems compared other feeds. You might be better off with CGQ or Rithmic. Also using GAIN, there is a slower and washing effect on changes in the DOM. And I know some brokers push their clients to use GAIN.. which I do not understand Sorry, just my ranting after seeing this post.

Sorry guys but its not working. Tried it multiple times, Updating the symbol settings, disconnecting the data feed and reconnecting it, deleting and downloading the data and I still have the 17min hole in all my charts and symbols. What am I doing wrong here?

For all futures data I am looking at. CL, YM, ES, NQ, EZ, from about 15:12:15 to 15:29:30 Central European Time. There was some problem with OEC data feed in the early afternoon (morning US time), and I have this hole in the data from that period once it started to run properly.

We apologize for this. When we checked earlier, we did not notice the missing data because we were looking at a 5 minute per bar chart, and it was not actually apparent to us but we do see it now.
