Problem viewing Sim Trade Activity 1478

I have 3 sim accounts and they are displayed as "sim1, Sim2, Sim3".

For some reason, after selecting "[Sim]All Symbols" in the Trade Activity Log, I cannot select "sim1" in the dropdown to the right. Sim2 and Sim3 work properly.

I suspect it may have something to do with the lowercase "s" but I cannot be certain or know how to fix this.

Yes the problem is the lowercase s, but we are not sure why it got that way.

Make sure that none of the Trade Windows being used have a Trade Account with the lowercase s. Refer to:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

All trade windows display as "Sim1". How can this be fixed so I can view trade activity again?

Is this new Trade Activity with the lowercase s? Or is that Trade Activity from the past.

I would assume from the past but I can't display any of it so it is a guess.

It must be from the past because there is no reason why that letter is lowercase.

OK but how can this be fixed? There were no issues before v1477.

We cannot reproduce the problem. Make some additional simulated trades using the Sim1 account and then see if you can then select it. There really should not be a problem. In any case, not sure how we can help this.

We are not sure why that account has a lowercase character in it, but we now implemented a solution to this.

We did implement a solution to this, but we realize this is an inefficient solution and we have reverted it back.

Our position at this time is we cannot help you with this. This is a single isolated incident and we have no idea how that Trade Account letter became lowercase to begin with. Consider the data not accessible in newer versions.

One other thing we need to add is that you should clear out the existing simulated trading data for the sim1 account by following the instructions here:

Since there is a problem with the Trade Account identifier.
