range bar?

i was just messing around with diff type of range bars looking at 100 range on crude and they all plot the same and some are 20 ticks , some 50 ticks , some 80 ticks , shouldn't they be 100 ticks per bar ? thanks

ok i have my system set to those requirements already and i dont see any change in bar ?
