Can I simultaneously move Buy Stop and Sell Stop up and down manually or automatically?

Hi I trade live YMZ18 E- mini Dow(Dec-18) at 9:29:29 am I enter short position -24901. At 9:30:07 am the price was 24886 and P/L:+14P and TrigTrailStop/Open at 24894. After that at 9:30:07am Mkt/OrderSent appears at 24887 and price was 24889. At 9:30:08 am they (not me) gave me the new position long +24893 and I got TRADE SERVICE LOG- Order cancellation failed. Order Cancel Reject. Text: The order was in a state that prohibited a cancel request. After that appears DlyPL:—25P. Instead of get +14P I got -25P. Isent that email to my broker AMP. AMP answer: "He sold 1 at 24901 then put a stop in and replaced it 3 or 4 times and then tried to send a cancel so it was too late to cancel. I am assuming he thought it was canceled and the placed another b making him long. Then he sold 1. The first round turn he made $30 on his first trade and lost $155 on the second".
