Dear Sierra: We got the YM live data going, but the other three did not. Any ideas? Thanks for walking me through this data feed connection issue.

Dear Sierra Charts,
I reached out to Ninja and got the following response:
"Your brokerage account is currently enabled for the products you have mentioned. If you are not seeing the data in your platform, you will need to reach out to SierraChart's technical support team."
I really don't know what to do at this point. The YM is active but none of the others are. I'm using the symbols that you told me to enter.
Can you provide any clear direction?
