Intraday chart frozen

Hi, My chart data type is "intraday only". I had subscribe SC data feed with US stock real time package. But it's not updated realtime. It's just frozen. Every time I change symbol or use that "delete all data and download" function, SC chart will present me newest snap shot of that Symbol's chart to me and then freeze again. So,I think it's not a connection problem because SC did show me the newest chart to me but not automatically update it. Pls,help. |
