Platform taking long to open

Hi Support , My platform is taking about 3 minutes to fully open and complete download? I am not sure if this is normal? I have deleted all Market Depth Data and all expired Symbols.Please advise if there is more I can check.

Also 3 minutes is a very long time. It should open in just a few seconds.
