Pointer as Hand Tool for Vertical Movement

When the chart scroll bar is turned off the Pointer tool behaves like the Hand tool. A good attribute of the Pointer is it does not display a Chart Values cross hair when that option is enabled for other tools. The problem is the movement is only horizontal. This may be seen by switching between the Pointer and Hand tool. Conditions: 1) The Show Scrollbar option is unchecked (Chart > Show Scrollbar). 2) Support Vertical Scaling/Movement With Hand Tool is enabled. (Tool Settings > General) 3) Chart Values cross hair Always on when using other tools (Tool Settings > Chart Values) |
