Trade service log and missing historical data

Hello, Since this morning, when I start my SC platform, I receive this message log: Trade Activity Log: File read result: 108 records inserted. 0 records filtered. | 2016-10-14 14:12:06 Trade Activity Log: File date-time limits: Sim records date-time limit is 2016-09-29 00:00:00. Non-sim records date-time limit is 2016-07-13 00:00:00. Non-sim fill record date-time limit is 2015-10-15 00:00:00. | 2016-10-14 14:12:06 TransAct Trading | Request To Bypass Order Placement Has Been Received. | 2016-10-14 14:12:18 TransAct Trading | You Are Connecting To A Live Price Server | 2016-10-14 14:12:18 * TransAct Trading | Connected To Transact Price Server. | 2016-10-14 14:12:21 * TransAct Trading | Not requesting trade accounts from server because trading is not supported by server. | 2016-10-14 14:12:21 SC Data - All Services | Not requesting trade accounts from server because trading is not supported by server. | 2016-10-14 14:12:22 ________________________________________________________ And When I try to replay charts I got missing data. There are no data from september 2015 to december 2015. Thanks for your help. |

There is nothing unusual about this Trade Service Log. In regards to the missing data, it sounds like you are referring to a Continuous Futures Contract chart.
