Trade service log and missing historical data

Hello,

Since this morning, when I start my SC platform, I receive this message log:

And When I try to replay charts I got missing data. There are no data from september 2015 to december 2015.

There is nothing unusual about this Trade Service Log.

In regards to the missing data, it sounds like you are referring to a Continuous Futures Contract chart. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data:
