We are planning to make an announcement about this. The general answer is that the version notes are not going to be maintained in detail any longer because it is too time-consuming and takes away time from our development. This has been the case for a while. We are only going to include the most notable items. So they will be infrequently updated.

Version notes(bu fixes) should be come from your QA team. It should be ready and available any time.It will be a Big help for your clients.

We do not believe in that concept. We believe that each developer needs to test and document what they do.

We are behind on development and we are working hard to catch up with development.
