Strange message and position behaviour on CL with CQG demo and DTC SubInstance

Okay, so this occured while trialing the CQG feed as a demo. The CL chart/chartbook was open in a DTC SubInstance. On the main/server instance there were two chartbooks (S&P mini and Nikkei mini) both of which behaved normally.

At the very instance that this message log popped up on the CL Sub Instance and the CL position and profit points went haywire and my Chart Trader entry line went missing; I had just hit 'Reverse' on the Trade Window for S&P mini on the main/server instance. Not sure this can be related and maybe coincidental.

What do the CL error messages mean and why has the position and profit points gone to silly numbers and why has the entry marker disappeared?

Even the Position information in the Trade Window makes no sense: its says Short 8 contracts @ 1087.32 which is not even close to being a meaningful CL price.

I did eventually move my profit target down to market price and as soon as it closed that it showed the trade entry line saying I was naked short 4 contracts.

The problem was all fixed by disconnecting and restarting the sub instance.

I know this is demo, but it has got me a little worried if this unusual behaviour could have occured while Live.

We will look this over but we think it has to do with an internal order ID conflict between the two instances of Sierra Chart. We will get this resolved.

This causes no practical consequence. It definitely does not affect live trading in an instance that trading is being performed from.

Was Trade Simulation Mode enabled in the main instance or not?

This has already been fixed in the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart but we are doing some additional work to more comprehensively address it.

As we said, it is of no practical consequence it only affected the logging of simulated orders.
