For the same exact singly chart, chartbook containing just one chart is producing 2 different values when opened in 2 different instances of Sierra at the same time.

Will appreciate help resolving it, please since it is generating wrong alerts.

Looks like something in the global settings is throwing it off with everything else the same even with simultaneous open state.

Values, as indicated above refer to the Moving Average Values, as named in the subject line.

This is going to be because the bars in the chart are different in some way.

Start with the very beginning bar and compare them. Most likely you will see that the first bar is different with its Date-Time.

Just checked and found that it is not the case. The starting times are exactly the same.

In fact, there are other moving averages = which are ok - it is this just period MA. And this is a hour chart on Euro Futures.

I must also say that other futures charts are all fine.

It is just this one that is a problem.

This is not true:
And this is a hour chart on Euro Futures.

The chart bars are 240 minutes.

If those are Moving Average-Exponential studies, refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s27

If you have a further problem, close one of those charts and duplicate the other using this method:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartMenu.html#DuplicateChart

Because there must be a difference with the Chart Settings or Study Settings even if you are not aware of that.

We cannot provide further help.
