Cannot connect to Gain Capital datafeed

Hi, I've been using SC to connect to my S5/Gain Capital trading account for many months with no problems until yesterday. I still cannot connect to GC today. I noticed they have changed their Server name as my old Server Name was not "prod.gainfutures.com. I've switched it to the current Server name but still cannot connect. I have sent a copy of my message log to Sierra Chart. Can you help?

This is what we received from Gain Capital: Thank you for your email. We are aware of the issue and have rolled out a fix to SIM. If client needs market data and does not need to trade, we can have the user connect to SIM until a fix to PROD is released. If the customer needs to trade, but cannot connect to PROD with Sierra and the server does not respond to the user, they can connect in OEC Trader. Unfortunately, the user cannot connect to PROD unless we restart the FIX Order Server. This would drop all other FIX users who may not be having a problem at all. We would prefer not to affect all other users for one person. So if you require a simulation account with Gain Capital, contact them and explain the problem you are having.
