Missing live intraday data for GCLX6 (Gain/OEC live feed)

Hey guys, I am using Gain/OEC live feed and I am missing 7 minutes of data for crude oil front month contract GCLX6 from 9:26:10 to 9:33:10. I tried deleting and downloading the data to no avail. The hole is still there. During the time the Crude Oil chart was not updating, while other charts were running fine. Now it seems to be working without any issues as well besides the missing data. Not sure how to get rid of it, editing and downloading the missing data nor deleting and downloading the data of the whole month did not resolve it. Never experienced before, restarted the computer as well, all the same. Please help, could not find any more info, so I am reaching out to you. Thank you very much! |

Hey guys, I am missing 15 minutes of data across all futures charts. CL,ES,EU,NQ,YM. I updated the symbols to get the charts working again after not updating properly, but deleting and downloading the data per the help link did not help to restore the missing data. It is still missing if you could please fix it. Thank you! Missing time slot is 14:27 - 14:45 CET. |

Hello, I am also missing 15-20 minutes of data across all futures charts this morning (same time slot as Diomedes). I have tried to delete and download the data. I even delete the data files associated to one symbol so it would download all historical data and am still missing the data on the charts. Thanks, |

When we looked, we did see the data so maybe it was unavailable previously but it is now. Hey Sierra, I am missing the whole Globex session for today for YMM8 contract (June 7th 2018). I updated the symbols and deleted and downloaded the data again but it is still missing. Not sure if it is me or if it just happens every now and then, but this maybe the 4th time I ran into this issue. If I delete and download the data, it just keeps deleting the data I accumulated in last few minutes and leaves the chart blank. Thank for the help and support! |

This is an occasional issue with Gain Capital because of the data feed we use from them. Sometimes there are just problems with it. We maintain the historical data from that data feed. At the present time we do not see the missing data.
