I just downloaded new pre release version and i have noticed that 5 range charts are not loading...they are going in the loading loops. Can u try to figure out the solution

We do not notice this problem and we are not sure what changed which would cause this. It also does not make sense that a particular range setting would cause a problem and other settings would not. What is the symbol of the chart? And go to the chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Is the Tick Size set correctly? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. The instrument is CL and these were the sets of charts in a chartbook working without issue till I loaded 1464 version last night. The 5R chart kept going in the loading loop where as the minutes charts had no issue. I then removed this chart and tried changing opened 3 minute chart to 5r and the same issue. I have now reverted back to 1460 version and everything is stable and working.

I downloaded again the 1464 version and the smae thing was noticed for GC and CL Range charts. I have forwarded the copy of log with a note for you guys to look at. also i have attached the cl chartbook...

We have run several tests and cannot duplicate the problem and we do not know why there would be a problem to begin with. Really does not make sense. We see you are using some custom studies, so potentially the problem could be with one of those. Ok will try...weird though the same chart with minute time frame has no issue
