HELLO I'VE BEEN READING THE MANUALS OF C++ AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE MODULO EXPESION %. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ME THIS EXAMPLE THAT IS IN THE MANUAL OF C++? a = 11 % 3; the variable a will contain the value of 2 , since 2 is the reminder from dividing 11 between 3. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ME THIS PLEASE? THANK YOU VERY MUCH |

11รท3 is 3 with a remainder of 2. So this operator returns the remainder which is 2.
