Daily and weekly charts don't update

My historic charts of forex don't update anymore (FXCM symbols). Even if I "reload and recalculate" still don't update. The only way is clicking somewhere near the end and selecting "Delete and download data". Then they update. I'm trading the CFD-Forex IB symbols through these charts, so I wrote "EUR.USD-CFD-SMART-USD" in "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". As soon as I clear that, the charts update well again. Still I don't know how to solve the problem and I would like to keep on trading these symbols through the charts. Will you guys have a look at this, please? |

We definitely will not get involved in this. This is an Interactive Brokers issue. As long as the chart is updating once a day that is all that concerns us.
