I can connect to cqg web api,and get data, but no data when i connect to cqg fix

I am able to connect using cqg fix connection, but i do not receive any data. When i connect to cqg web api I am able to get data. I need to be able to connect to the cqg fix because it offers me server side functionality for my oco orders, and the cqg fix does not. can you please help me resolve this issue? i have disabled all firewalls and antivirus.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Make sure that Connect to Market Data Server is set to Yes/True.

Reconnect to the data feed after changing that setting using the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu.
