trade window not showing current p/l or positions

I just upgraded to 997 and my trade window flashes my current orders and p/l then "nothing". my trades are going through just not showing on trade window. I use IB and had this problem last year when I upgraded also, forgot how to fix it. Thanks |

Check to make sure you have the proper Positions Account set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Check to make sure you have the proper Positions Account set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Yes those are correct and I also had IB make sure the error wasn't on their end. I have re-checked everything several times and my orders still flash briefly before dissapearing. Also on the trade window the NetPL does not update at all, it constantly shows 0.00C, although my chart shows the correct NPL. Any ideas would be appreciated. |
