In sc ts window is a daughter window of the chart. Screen space is at premium. I would like the parent chart partially cover ts window to save screen space. The command WINDOW ON TOP does not work in this case. How do I accomplish this?

You cannot but we will look at adding an option to make Time and Sales windows detachable like a Quote Board can be.
