1. Yes you can trade options on Sierra Chart. We see you are using CQG. 2. Refer to the CQG options symbol format here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CQGTrading.php#OptionsSymbolFormat You need to manually enter the options symbols. Hi Sir, I still have problems in finding the symbols for futures options at Sierrachart. (my Data feed is CQG). Please show me the symbols at CQG for the following: (1) futures Option for crude oil, Call, expires at Dec. 2016, strike price = 51.5 (2) futures Option for British pound, PUT, expires at Dec. 2016, strike price = 1.225 Thank you Benjamin

Hi Sir, Thanks for the information. I opened the charts ( 5 minutes and daily charts) for symbols C.US.CLEZ165150 and P.US.BP6Z1612250 at Sierrachart. However, I did not see any data on the chart. A message showing "Downloaded Fail" on the chart. Please help to check if this a problem from CQG data feed? Note: (1)The chart images are attached for your reference. The ticker strings I provided work on Sierra Chart for me with my CQG feed, depending on your broker, you might not be enabled for options data, this is something you need to discuss with your broker and/or CQG

In the case of Historical Daily charts there is a change we are making to support those for CQG symbols where there is no mapping set up to the Sierra Chart Historical Data service. This will be out in a new version next week. In the case of Intraday charts you need to have your broker activate historical data on your CQG account.
