I have started getting the following Messages which is new and intermittent; sometimes it delays as per the messages below and sometimes it doesn't... off course when it takes 10 seconds or so to update each stock in a 100 stock list it is almost useless... I don't believe this is an IB pacing violation as I have seen that before and is displayed as a countdown in 15-sec increments up to the prescribed delay of 120-sec I think. Can you please advise how I can avoid the below messages... thanks. This is normal and there should only be one of these delays per connection to the data feed.

Actually we need to clarify. This kind of delay is expected when the data feed in this case the Interactive Brokers data feed is not responding to a market data request. Normally the delay is just about four seconds. And the delay starts from the time that the market data request is made for the particular symbol. I don't understand your response; I am only using a single data feed and a single SC instance and I am getting multiple delays for each of the symbols... so the 9-second delay for NCM above I mirrored for all the remaining 100-symbols i.e. 9 sec x 100 symbols.. 900 seconds to update my list of stocks. This has not happened before and is new this morning? When it did occur before the delays were only 1,2,3 seconds?

We cannot help with this further. The delay is extended because there is no response from the Interactive Brokers TWS at this time. We are not willing to discuss this further. We consider this closed. We are not going to waste further time on Interactive Brokers mickey mouse API issues. Meaning that the Interactive Brokers API is mickey mouse quality. One thing that will help is to make sure that all of the market data requests are done at the same time to have only a single delay.
