Missing Data

Hello, with AMP/TTNET there is data missing in ES after 17.00 Central time. Live data is fine. I was told previously by Support that this issue was a TTNET data problem, but I see from documentation :

Historical Intraday Data: Yes. Tick by Tick.
Historical Daily Data: Provided through the Sierra ChartHistorical Daily Data service.

So, does this mean that during the overnight session, any missing data is from SC, not TT ?

This is now resolved and we made a change to cause an automatic reconnect every day at 18:00 US Eastern time to the TT server to work around this. If we need to move that time to an earlier time we can do that.

But in general this should substantially or completely solve it.


The data does come from our servers.
