If you want to use Sierra Chart on more than two computers, you need to be on package 5. We have now temporarily enabled your account for 3 systems so you can login.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Purchase / Account Management" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted.

Ok, I don't really need to use 3 computers apart from back up when the charts play up. I might be stopping
altogether soon.

OK we understand. We did make an exception for your case because you are running older and newer versions.

Your account is set for 3 systems permanently.

Hi Support or indeed anyone else, could you post the formula for the Subgraph alert for Point & Figure bar turning green and then another one for turning red. Matt
