Hey SC! My charts work great, but then I go to do something, anything, like Duplicate chart to other Chartbook. Or if I open a new chart and load something for analysis. Or even sometimes if i just go to studies or another menu, and come back to chart. ALl my charts just go crazy and load and reload load and reload load and reload and also end up looking like this (see attached pics). I was able to do all these things yesterday, havn't changed anything and I am on current version. I have 2 conncections i can use. Live CQG and Sim rithmic (papertrading). I"m connected to my CQG.

The proper way to post image of a chart is by following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

For the reloading problem, refer to:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.3

If there is a problem with what is displayed on the chart the first step is to reset the scales:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Scaling.html#ResetScales

And then next to remove the studies from the chart:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartStudies.html

You know how you have configured the chart. There is no way we can know what is right or wrong. From our perspective there is no way we can know there is something wrong with what you are showing us.

I'm sorry, it seems I did not explain the issue properly. The chart is perfect when trading , or when I log in. or until I click any button outside a chart. It's been fine all week as well until today it would go from a candle chart to that . I should have posted a before pic.

I've uninstalled, deleted all files and re installed. Still doing it. I'll figure it out , it's best
If someone teamviewed into my
Computer or if I took a video of what is happening.

OK for the reloading issue, refer to:

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.3

And also remove the studies from one of the affected charts and see if you still have a problem.

Both of these are the first things that we would do if we had a look at this ourselves. We would start removing studies from all of the charts. We would not try to analyze the problem further than that if that resolves it.
