Login problem using Ubuntu 16.04 w Wine 1.9.18 - CQG Datadeed

HI SC, My desktop Window 10 PC running Sierra Charts using CQG datafeed was running fine without any trouble. During the past few days I was trying to run SC using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and had WINE 1.9.18 working on my laptop PC (AMD 64-bit PC). I was able to launch SC and no problem with receiving SCData datafeed. However I am having trouble reeving the CQG live trading datafeed. The error message on disconnecting was saying "not an active trader: please contact my FCM", which is AMP Futures Clearing. I have not contacted AMP, since it is SC servers I am having trouble with. I have tried to disconnect the desktop before launching/connecting my Linux machine, but getting the same result. Can you tell me why. My account says I could have up to two PCs running at the same time (Level 5). Thanks SC. Regards, |
