Broker told me to send log to Sierra Charts and see what you had to say about it.

I have sent it from within Sierra Charts using the "Send for Analysis"

Can you please help identify what's causing it to disconnect.

I have a 2nd instance of Sierra Charts running with IQFeed data and its running fine.

It is very clear there is a connectivity problem between your computer and the CQG servers.

Refer to help topic 1.2:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#h1.2

There is not further help we can provide with this because this is simply not within our control. Possibly the problem will clear later on or could be caused by a firewall or other networking issue on your side.
