missing data in FTSE100 futures

Symbol: Z-201609-ICEEU-GBP-1000 Seems like there are four years missing in the daily/weekly chart (1996-2000). I already tried updating the Symbol, re-downloading, etc. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1473154250183.png By the way I have another question about the Swiss Market Index. I can trade this index in my broker (IB). Symbol: SMI However I'm unable to find this symbol in Sierra Charts so I don't know how to load the chart.

Not sure the data provider can provide data for those particular years for this futures contract. As long as there is data for at least 10-15 years, that is generally all there is an assurance of.
