Hello, I created an account a bit ago, but was unable to use sierra charts when there was real time chart data. I currently have a 30 day trial of some real time data with rithmic and I was wondering if you could extend my trial for 30 days so I could try Sierra Charts again. I like this platform a lot and anticipate using once I get back in to trading I just would like to try it out again. Thanks, Josh |

Your account has been activated and/or reset. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends, you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit". Sierra Chart Support |
